As a cnc China cold forming supplier, we provide cold forging bolts.
Cold Forging Bolts: machining parts, cylindrical threaded fasteners with nuts. A type of fastener consisting of two parts, the head and the screw (cylindrical with an external thread), which is required to cooperate with the nut and is used to fasten two parts with through holes.
According to the way of the connection of the force: points for ordinary and hinged holes. According to the shape of the head: Hexagonal head, round head, square head, countersunk head and so on. The hexagon head is the most commonly used. General counters are used where connection is required.
There are two kinds of coarse teeth and fine teeth according to the thread profile, and the coarse teeth are not displayed in the bolt marks. The bolts are divided into 3.6, 4.8, 5.6, 5.8, 8.8, 9.8, 10.9, and 12.9 grades according to the performance grade. Among them, bolts of grade 8.8 or higher (including grade 8.8) are made of low carbon alloy steel or medium carbon steel and heat-treated (quenched) + Tempering), commonly known as high-strength bolts, grade 8.8 (excluding 8.8) commonly known as ordinary bolts.
Bolts are indispensable in everyday life and industrial manufacturing. Bolts are also called industrial rice. The use of bolts is widely seen. Bolt applications include: electronic products, mechanical products, digital products, electrical equipment, mechanical and electrical products. Bolts are also used in ships, vehicles, hydraulic engineering, and even chemical experiments.
